Step 1:

Get In Touch

The simplest way to commence the process for achieving exceptional operational efficiency, client services performance and improved cash flow is to contact us for a free 30-minute consultation. During this consultation, we will obtain an understanding of your specific needs and goals.

Step 2:

Diagnostic

We have extensive array of diagnostic tools specifically designed around addressing the current operational status of your firm. We focus on your goals and identify areas of improvement. For example, if your needs are around improved cash flow, we will not ask you to complete a diagnostic focusing on your current business insurance needs.


This step will include completing a confidential online questionnaire.



Upon completion of the diagnostic phase, you will be presented with a personal report and proposal regarding how to make the necessary changes to reach your goals.

Step 3:

Implementation

Lawganised can work with firms on a retained basis or project basis to implement agreed strategies, projects and plans to achieve your goals. The scope and commitment will, again, be dependent on your specific needs.

Step 4:

Measure

You cannot manage what you do not measure. We pride ourselves on demonstrating how our solutions make real change to your firm. We will use industry performance metrics to measure the key outcomes, including improvements in cash flow indicators such as WIP Days, Debtor days and file velocity

Step 5:

Maintain & Review

We are not in this game to baffle you with important sounding words and phrases, implement strategies and then leave without any follow up. We insist on scheduling regular ‘maintenance checks’ to ensure the changes are lasting and ideally your firm continues to improve.
